Not Feeling Blue

Today I am happy to wear my dress, since I could not wear it yesterday due to the cold and rain, I finally see some sunshine in this crazy spring weather.

Love the lightweight of this dress.

I know you can't tell my dress is strapless, I usually like to wear a cardigan to cover my arms otherwise I feel to exposed. :-)
